  • Data Principal: You, the user, are the Data Principal, to whom the personal data relates.

Consent: By creating an account and using our Service, you provide your free, specific, informed, unconditional, and unambiguous consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy, as required under the DPDP Act.

As the Data Fiduciary, we only collect the data that is necessary for the specified, clear, and lawful purposes detailed in Section 3.

  • AI Training Data and Consent: We do not use your generated content or uploaded materials (Input Data) to train or improve our commercially deployed AI models without your explicit, separate consent.

  • Content Moderation and Auditing: We may analyze content for safety, compliance, and quality assurance to detect harmful or inappropriate content and prevent abuse.

 
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
 
We may share your information with Data Processors (third-party vendors) only to the extent necessary to perform the specified services. We ensure appropriate contracts are in place to safeguard your data.

  • Payment Processors: For secure billing and payment processing.

  • Cloud Infrastructure: For hosting our application, data storage, and network security.

  • Analytics Services: For performance monitoring, usage statistics, and website insights.

  • Legal/Regulatory Bodies: To comply with a lawful order or government request under Indian jurisdiction.

  • Right to Correction & Erasure: You can ask us to correct inaccurate data, complete incomplete data, or erase/delete your data when the processing purpose is no longer valid or if you withdraw your consent.

  • Right to Grievance Redressal: You have the right to file a grievance with us regarding our data processing practices.

  • Right to Nominate: You can nominate an individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.

  • Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw consent for specific processing activities at any time, and the process will be as easy as it was to give consent.

 
B. Your Duties
 
You have a duty to ensure that:

  1. You do not impersonate another person when providing your personal data.

  2. You do not register a false or frivolous complaint or grievance.

  3. You provide authentic information when exercising your right to correction or erasure.

  • Generated Content/Assets:

    • Starter Plan: 30 days retention

    • Creator Plan: 90 days retention

    • Studio Plan: 365 days retention

  • Account Data: Retained while your account is active, plus a maximum of 2 years thereafter (for legal/audit purposes), or until you successfully request erasure.

  • Billing/Transaction Data: Retained as required by mandatory Indian tax laws (e.g., Income Tax Act, GST laws).

 
8. International Data Transfers
 
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside India for purposes like cloud hosting and AI model computation. We ensure that any such transfer is carried out in compliance with the DPDP Act and any rules or notifications issued by the Central Government.
 
9. Children's Privacy (Under 18)
 
Our Service is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly process the personal data of Children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact our Grievance Officer immediately.
